Project Name: Valley Elementary School Replacement
Location: 3519 Jefferson Pike Jefferson, MD 21755
Project Goal: The new Valley ES will be energy efficient buildings that meets, at a minimum, the USGBC LEED Silver design requirements. However, the building are not scheduled to be certified with the USGBC. All current local building codes of the authorities having jurisdiction as well as the FCPS Educational Program Specifications shall be met and adhered to as well. The Valley ES design is to be performed in accordance with the State of Maryland IAC / PSCP guidelines and DGS requirements.

One Month Look Ahead:
- The new School is open and occupied
- Received the Final Certificate of Occupancy on October 20, 2025
- Working to complete the HVAC Commissioning
- Performing Punch List Activities
- Haz Mat Abatement is complete and Demolition of the Old Valley ES is ongoing
