Informal Resolution
An informal process to address concerns or conflicts at the lowest level without formal investigation.

Bullying, Harassment or Intimidation
A process to report and address behaviors that target or harm individuals through repeated or severe negative actions.

Hate Bias
A process to report and respond to incidents motivated by prejudice, bias, or discrimination against protected characteristics.

Title IX
A formal procedure for addressing complaints of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and unequal treatment in sports and other school activities.

Restraint and/or Exclusion
A formal procedure for reviewing and responding to incidents where physical restraint or exclusion of a student occurs.
