The Supervisor Support Series is designed to build foundational supervisory skills through short, self-paced learning experiences. The FCPS Public Affairs Mini-PL Series is a micro-learning professional development program designed to equip school administrators, leadership teams, and staff with essential communication skills. The series focuses on building strategic, proactive relationships with local media, establishing consistent safety messaging during operational challenges, and deepening trust with families and stakeholders through effective communication, community engagement and confident public presentation.
